Burlington High School- Ms. De La Cruz's Class: From sparks of imagination to stories that inspire, our students shine bright. We celebrate the storytellers of tomorrow, where creativity knows no bounds. The 9th and 10th ELA classes recently conducted their Short Story Writing for Fiction Awards as a culminating activity for the unit. Congratulations to the following:

I am proud to introduce a new addition to our Athletic Hall, made possible by our friends at Burlington Rotary Club, The Cougar Legacy Board!
This is a touch screen TV that will house all kinds of historical data for Burlington High School.
On the Academic side of things, you will find Valedictorian profiles, Harrison and Long Award recipient profiles, Daniels Fund and Boettcher scholarship winners, as well as student clubs we have and information about them.
For Athletics, teams will have Record Books, archives for each State Championship team, State Placer team, as well as Individual State Champions and State Placers.
We will also have the capability to explore archiving Senior Class Picture composites and any pertinent information from our Alumni Association.
In addition, The Legacy Board is also web based, which means you can access the content from anywhere in the world on a computer, phone, or tablet, you do not have to be standing at the TV!
If you visit the Athletics page at burlingtonk12.org, you will be able to access the Legacy Board from there. This project is ongoing, and will take a long time for all of the content to be generated and published, so please be patient and make sure to check back for updates.
We are excited and proud to highlight the achievements of all of our past, present, and future Cougars! What Legacy Will You Leave Behind?
