BMS Reminder: 5th Grade Orientation will be held on Mon. 8/11 @ 6 PM in the BMS Cafeteria. They will be given schedules and lockers that night. Students in grades 6-8 are invited to come to BMS today from 9-11:30 or 1-3:30 to get their lockers and a copy of their class schedule.

Registration is OPEN!

In person and online registration is now open for the 2025-26 school year. In person registration is at Burlington High School for all buildings, 8AM-3PM Monday and Tuesday. All parents/guardians will need to complete the process for each student in your household. We have added the additional enhancements to make online registration as easy as possible:

The District has partnered with Docusign to bring parents and guardians the ability to sign online. No more huge packets of paper to sign, just log into Alma and you can sign off on all forms to re-enroll your student.
• Log into the Parent Portal in Alma: https://www.burlingtonk12.org/page/alma
• Be sure to fill out the LINQ free and reduced questions
• Click on the Docusign link and be done in 5 minutes or less!
• For the best experience we recommend using a computer or tablet; a phone screen may prove too small to see some details.

You will also be able to pay class fees online! We’re using the industry standard Stripe to handle online payments. Rest assured, you can still pay fees in person via check if you want.
• Log into the Parent Portal in Alma: https://www.burlingtonk12.org/page/alma
• View any invoice and pay with any credit card.

In person registration is at Burlington High School for all buildings. We will have staff present to help out along the way as well as Chromebooks if you would rather use those. Thank you for your patience as we roll these features out and we look forward to another great year for all our Cougars!

District registration will begin on Monday, August 4th. In person registration will be held at BHS Commons for all schools. Online registration will be opened on Monday as well

I am excited to share something new we are starting this year, The Cougar Sideline Store!  There are tons of different products and each one is fully customizable with our logos and hundreds of different designs. Design categories include Fan Gear, Sport Specific, Alumni, as well as our Clubs! (Band, Choir, Drumline, Drama, FBLA, FFA, HOSA, and Knowledge Bowl)  Portions of proceeds raised from sales come back to the schools to directly benefit both HS and MS activities!  The site is LIVE right now with 20% off orders over $75.  The store will be open YEAR ROUND!  You can access the site through a link on our Athletic Website or by clicking the link below. Go check it out and customize your favorite designs to gear up for the 2025/26 school year!

Attention anyone wanting to play softball this fall. Monday July 28th - 5pm in the Mac - Concussion sway test for anyone interested in playing high school softball. Coaches will then meet with players & parents at 5:30pm in the common’s area.

This year, Parke Health does not want to do sports physicals all in one day. They have requested everyone come by appointment. They physical will still be offered for free if you tell them its a sports physical for Burlington High School or Middle School. Thank you!
