Burlington High School Only- Our late start of 10:00am will stand. All students are expected to return and the tardy bell will ring promptly at 10:00am. Please report to your 3rd hour class. We will not run an alternative schedule. We will resume classes as scheduled, beginning in 3rd period today. Thank you.

Due to the fire that is west of town, and the shifting wind directions, there is enough smoke in the HS to negatively affect the learning environment for the HS only. We are going to call a late start for the HS only, and we are set to restart at 10 AM. Students will be sent home at this time if they can provide their own transportation. Bused and dropped off students, we are looking at alternative transportation, more information will follow as we get it.

Parents, I am proud to present data on how the school district is doing on the state test (CMAS) and the PSAT and SAT. Thank you to my staff for all of their blood, sweat, and elbow grease towards improving the district. The first page demonstrates overall points scored, the second page is achievement, the third is growth and the fourth is Post Secondary/Workforce Readiness. While we still have work to do, I am proud of the year after year progress we have made over the past four years.
