Hayden Woller, a junior at BHS, completed his 9th year in 4-H by participating in the Colorado State Fair Shooting Sports & Horse Show Championships in Pueblo in August. His Traditional Compound Archery team finished by taking 2nd place honors. His team also included 2025 BHS graduate, Thomas Schaal. All 4-H members competing in the shooting sports competitions at State Fair must have successfully completed the Hunter’s Safety course.
For the Western Performance Horse Show, Hayden competed with 21 other riders in his division, and ended the day with 10th place overall after all the points were tallied. He also placed 9th overall in the Gymkhana. Hayden and his horse, Secret, have worked hard for the last nine years to continue improving their skills.
