Burlington is located along I-70 approximately 13 miles from the Kansas border. We are a 2 hour drive from the Denver metro area, although we have great amenities. Our school district has approximately 750 students, with grade levels between 40 and 65 students and class sizes normally in the teens to low 20’s. We are a small school with strong traditions and solid community support. We have a supportive school board who, along with the superintendent, have worked to raise our base salary to attract quality teachers. We also offer a single health insurance, vision insurance, and a life insurance policy fully paid by the district.
