Homework

1st Semester:

• 150 Minutes of enjoyment reading a week.
• Reading record MUST have a parents signature.

2nd Semester:

• Book Reports

1st and 2nd Semester:

• Study spelling
• Math homework
• Homework that is prescribed in social studies and science.
• All homework should take at least 45 minutes a night.

Grading For Fourth Grade

• Class Participation (Effort Every Day During School)
• Completion of Assignments
• Major Projects and Exams

Consequences For Inappropriate Behavior

First Offense

• Verbal Warning

Second Offense (Yellow Card Showing)

• 5 Minutes off Recess

Third Offense (Red Card Showing)

• Lose Entire Recess

Fourth Offense (All Cards Removed)

• Lose Entire Recess
• Call Home to Parents
• Meeting with Mrs. James (Discipline Referral)
