As I reflect on my own good fortune, I have to be thankful for those I work with here at Burlington Elementary School. I am surrounded by a staff that is working at BES because they care about children, and who are all teachers in their heart – whether they have a teaching degree or not. Additionally, Burlington Elementary is blessed with parent helpers, high school aides, and community reading tutors! Do you parents realize that you are also essential teachers in your child’s life?! Thank you staff, parents, high school students and community members! Burlington Elementary is blessed with many individuals who are contributing their time to assist BES student learning, and providing teaching that can make a lifetime difference. I’m proud that our students are provided with numerous learning opportunities, are excited about learning, and have the BESTimes at BES!
